All the styles listed on the website have been described in detail for your reference covering all essential attributes of the product pertaining to details, technique details, and individual component descriptions as well in order to enable you to make an informed purchase decision. PRICING
The pricing of the products listed on the website fall under the sole discretion of the brand. The prices mentioned for all the styles are mentioned in Indian Rupees. However, for other parts of the world, USD, GBP & EUR prices are mentioned based on the conversion rate. Shipping charges, duties & local taxes will be added at the checkout page only in the final payable amount that will be charged to you. The prices mentioned on the website are the same as all our stores unless if there is a special time-bound promotional sale is going on the website.
With respect to items sold on douxamourindia.com, we charge your credit card before your order has entered the shipping process. For any reason, if we are not able to ship the products as per your order, we will intimate you electronically and refund the value of the products not available.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
-All ready-to-ship orders will be dispatched in 2-3 working days from the date of receipt of the order. In case of customization/monogram, we would dispatch the product in a week’s time.
-All made-to-order/customized orders will be shipped within 10days -2 weeks time.
-On receipt of the order our team will get in touch with you within two working days and will give you an indication of the product dispatch date.
-Notifications with all the tracking details will be made to you via mail/phone messages once the product is being shipped from our end.
-All the domestic orders are being delivered free of cost. Doux Amour is responsible for each order in transit until it is delivered to you.
-We have a standard shipping charge of $50/product for international shipping.
Once dispatched order should reach you within 10-14 working days. All Duties and taxes for international shipping as per your country’s laws will need to be borne at your end. Doux Amour is not liable to pay any duties or taxes for International Shipping.

RETURNS
All designs by Doux Amour undergo rigorous quality checks. We try our best to ensure every product reflects our commitment to perfection.
As a ritual, we do share images of all our orders with our customers before the product is finally dispatched and approved by the customer. In case the product has some fault or some major issue, the customer could facilitate an exchange /replacement within 7 days of delivery.

Each Doux Amour art is made of the finest materials.
Our signature range is crafted from the finest Italian naturally processed hand-painted leathers.
Leather Grains – Each hide is different, grain structures, tonal variations, scar marks are the character of the natural leather and hence adds beauty and exclusivity to it. This should not be mistaken for flaws or imperfections. Though the treatment and the processes are the same across crafting the product -each product is different.
Handpainted leather
Stroke by stroke, color by color we add that depth to our product.
Each piece is as exclusive as art.
Pigment-free leather dyes let the leather breathe and age with time.
With usage, leather starts burnishing and develops a patina over time.
Techniques
An Indian brand at heart- we make sure to engage and empower artisans from varied crafts. weaves, embroideries, tooling, leather carving all are manual crafts hence no product is identical.
It is advisable to store the bags stuffed with paper filling in the dust bags away from moisture.
PRODUCT SERVICE
Doux Amour products come with one year service guarantee.Though we take full charge in sending you a durable well made piece h/w incase there is any issue in terms of any flaw or functionality- you could always reach us and we will assess the best possibility of rectifying the product.
Customer will have to bear the shipping cost to and fro in this scenario.
First Patina is cosplimaentary for the first year.
COLORS
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this website. However, since you will be viewing them on your mobile/monitor screens, we cannot guarantee that your screen display of any color will be accurate. A minor variation in color is not a defect as different screens project the colors differently.
